I am a narrative and solutions focused therapist. I predominantly work with LGBTQ+ and people of color populations, but any and all are welcomed. I provide individual, couples, group, and workshop services. I currently accept Self pay, BCBS PPO, Blue Cross Community health, Optum behavioral, Aetna, Aetna Better Health, and Cigna plans.
